Pay By Credit Card Priority Appraisal, LLC does not want our clients liable for the payment of appraisal fees! Collecting appraisal fees in advance or at the time of inspection is a preferred method of payment for our clients; whether the report is for a home owner, or just from a client with whom we've not done business before, these instances have been known to cause delays in the past. No longer! For your convenience and protection we accept payment through the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can use this option to pay for single appraisals, multiple orders or any of our other services. Please choose one of the payment methods listed below, then follow the instructions to pay by credit card for appraisal services rendered. Online Payment of Appraisal Services Rendered Home inspections constitute an appraisal service. Once the inspection has been completed, appraisal fees have been earned and are Nonrefundable. Payment for appraisal services rendered is not contingent upon funding of the loan. Credit Card Deposit for Payment at Close of Escrow Use of this service must be approved by our accounting department. Appraisal services will be paid out of proceeds per agreement; however, if you do not close your loan within 90 days, your signature authorizes Priority Appraisal, LLC to bill your credit card for appraisal services rendered related to your loan. Home inspections constitute an appraisal service. Once the inspection has been completed, appraisal fees have been earned and are Nonrefundable.
